How to set Realistic Business Goals for 2023…

As 2022 comes to an end, it’s time to start thinking about your business goals for the New Year…

And I’m not talking about those same old New Year’s resolutions you made last year, and the year before that, I’m talking about genuine actionable goals that will help elevate your business in 2023

Goals are essential to grow & evolve in business, personal life and anywhere in between. 

They’re the fundamental building blocks to scaling a successful business!

To really work though, they need to be realistic and aligned with where you’re currently at!

I love to use SOAR when it comes to planning for my biz…

SOAR = Systems, Offerings, Awareness & Retention…

Systems:

What systems can you implement into your business to increase time, profit, and scalability? 

For example customer management, using a social planner & implementing offers to generate passive income.⠀

Offerings: 

Are there any new products or offerings that can be added to your services or product base? 

For example digital courses, ebooks, new services or coaching.⠀⠀⠀⠀

Awareness: 

Think about brand awareness! 

How can you bring more awareness to your brand? 

For example you could launch a podcast, get on tik tok or dabble in paid advertising.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And lastly…

Retention: 

How can you better retain your current clients/customers? 

Loyal customers are what make a business successful, you want to attract your ideal customer & keep them happy for as long as you can so they continue to interact with and buy from your business!

For example you could launch a Facebook group, do online webinars weekly or incentivise repeat purchases.
