When Kat became a mum for the first time she was learning about baby sleep and experiencing it first hand. Kat found it to be a huge interest of hers which has now turned into a love of learning new knowledge and also helping out other new mum friends. Kate found her friends and their friends coming to her often, asking for advice and sleeping tips. This gave her the nudge to decide that she would like to take her career into a new direction and become a sleep consultant.
